I'm a 24 year old Canadian who enjous travel. I've lived in several different countries and experienced a very diverse array of quisines. I am a formally trained archaeologist. I enjoy cooking, sewing playing violin and reading. What I enjoy more than most other things however is cooking nice meals for my fantastic boyfriend, Mark.

Apples and Squash. Pie. Curry. Peanut sauce. Oatmeal Bread. Cake. Cookies. Caserole. All manner of salads. ...everything.

I always used to burn my cookies. However, like a good cook I balmed the burnt cookie sheet. teeeheee.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
This was a really great recipe. I didn't have any oil in the house the day I made them, so I creamed an equal amount of butter into the sugar then just mixed as normal. They were wonderfully moist and quick. Thanks for the recipe.

Beef Wellington
My partner and I thought this was fantastic. We both love meals that look fancy but when you get down to it aren't really that difficult, step-by-step. However, we did make a substitution, we're not big mushroom fans so I changed them with cashews and it turned our fantastic! If mushrooms are stopping you from making this then go for cashews.
