Caramel Shortbread Squares

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2010
This recipe is wonderfull!!! I added some butter to my chocolate chips which worked great for spreading. Instead of a square or rectangle pan I used my mini muffin tray. I doubled the carmel and came out with 6 dozen equal sized treats without having to cut anything! I did put my pan in the freezer in between layers which worked great. I will recommend this recipe to all my friends. Thank you!

No Bake Cookies III

Fantastic Recipe. This is just like my mom's I did the directions excactly the way they are written and it came out perfect!! A reminder to anyone who has not done these cookies before timming is everything. Put your burner on 6 Med-Med high heat. Let everything melt while stirring. Wait for it to come to a COMPLETE rapid boil once you are there then set your timer not before 1 minute is just enough time if you wait for the rapid boil. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe now I can stop asking my mom for it :-)

Chocolate Cupcakes

Fantastic!!! I don't know what people are complaining about with this recipe. I followed the directions exactly as stated and fantastic. I was able to make 18 cup cakes using the large liners and filling 1/2 way. I was really suprised not to get more after reading the other comments I had to really scrape the bowl to get all 18. I plan on using the recipe for my halloween treats when I get them done I will post a picture. Thank you so much for the fantastic and really easy recipe.

Cowboy Cookie Mix in a Jar

Great cookies. One of the best that I have eaten. I had a huge problem getting everything in the 1 quart jar I will go to the next size up the next time I make these. I am sure that will do the trick. Thanks for the recipe.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2008
Fantastic Recipe. Everyone in the family loved it. My hubby actually finished everything on his plate. I marinated the chicken in buttermilk like suggested and wow very moist. After reading some of the reviews I did use some seasoning for the chicken. I sprinkled it with montrel chicken spice and some salt and pepper. After pressing them I put in one slice of swiss cheese I added the pepper jack cheese with the spinich which I cooked on the stove. I used turkey bacon instead of pork as I am allergic to pork. After wrapping it all up and placing in the pan I sprinkled some fresh parmesam cheese on top. A must do again recipe I can't wait to have company over to do it again. Thanks for the recipe.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2008
OMG!! What a fantastic meal. My 6 year old son even asked for seconds. I did not add the flour as per the suggestions I added it after to thicken the sauce and I pierced the chicken to allow the flavors to go right through. I otherwise followed all the instructions. I can't wait to have company so I can do this easy and fanstastic meal for them. Thanks for the wonderfull meal.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2008
Great loaf with only one suggestion. The banana's needs to be mashed. My 6 year old who loves banana bread did not appreciate the gooey chuncks that are left in the loaf when you slice the banana's. I tried the same recipe the next day but mashed them instead and wow great flavour and really moist. I look forward to making anouther loaf.
