Linguine Pasta with Shrimp and Tomatoes

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2012
Simple to make. I used canned tomotoes and did cook longer to thicken. Stirring often is the key to getting the sauce thicker. I used frozen shrimp and let them sit out to dry and used Old Bay on them instead of cajun. Everyone loved it though. This definitely a recipe I will use time and time again. Excellent recipe.

Baked Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
Made this for a family gathering and thought it would be too much. It was gone in no time. I got requests to make it in the future and handed out the recipe to a couple of family members. I will cut down the servings to adjust for having it for three of us. The fresh made bacon bits made this delicious

Pesto Chicken Florentine

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2009
Just finished making this and it was a big hit with the family. The only comments were more spinach and cut the Chicken into smaller pieces. I cubed them but they wanted them even smaller. Used Montreal chicken seasoning whils cooking the chicken. Everyone agreed that this was a keeper.

Creamy Swiss Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2009
Great recipe! I did make a few adjustments. I sprinkled the chicken with Montreal Chicken Seasoning and put in two cans of mushrooms. Sprinkled the sauce with a little pepper. Just finished it for Sunday dinner and everyone loved it. We'll be making this one again! This time I cubed the chicken and melted the cheese and some leftover Velveeta in the mik and then added the soup and mushrooms. Just AWESOME!

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2015
Delicious! Made this for AFC Playofff and there was not enough. I could have made two easily. Best Apple Crisp I've had, ever! I will increase the topping by 50% and cut back on the water by half next time though. Thanks for a great recipe.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Reviewed: May 12, 2014
Didn't have fresh lemons so I used lemon juice. Mixed in zip lock bag and put two pounds of sirloin tips in it all day, turning and mixing all day about every hour or so. It was raining so I broiled them about 6minutes each side. My son and I ate these right up. This one is a keeper.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2011
Great recipe. I did use 16 oz jar of medium salsa and three cans of tomato sauce. To spice it up a bit I added a few dashes of hot sauce and hot pepper flakes. A freind of mine is a food and beverage director at a local restaurant and said I nailed this recipe. Thanks

Great recipe! I used a large box of fresh mushrooms. Probably four times what the recipe called for. I also used two cans of Cream of Mushroom soup and a cup of milk. I had some sauce left over so I served it with spaghetti, Great.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Fabulous recipe. I skipped the coffee. Make sure you save some of the liquid to use to thin out the BBQ sauce and moisten the finished product. 8 lb Picnic Shoulder went real fast. Will be making this again.
