Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Reviewed: May 30, 2011
Fabulous recipe. I skipped the coffee. Make sure you save some of the liquid to use to thin out the BBQ sauce and moisten the finished product. 8 lb Picnic Shoulder went real fast. Will be making this again.

First time making Baked Beans from scratch. Had them for a Memorial Day party. Everyone said they were awesome. My son said they tasted like Bush's. Added no salt, 3/4 lb of bacon, for the ketchup I used half ketchup and half BBQ sauce. Then 10 hrs in crock pot. Thanks for a great recipe.

Mostaccioli Mushroom Bake

Reviewed: May 5, 2011
Very Good! Didn't have enough sauce so I added a can of diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Of course I had to throw in some garlic and italian seasoning. Before going in the oven I topped it with parmesan. Everyone had seconds. Can't wait to try the leftovers for lunch tomorrow

Great recipe! I used a large box of fresh mushrooms. Probably four times what the recipe called for. I also used two cans of Cream of Mushroom soup and a cup of milk. I had some sauce left over so I served it with spaghetti, Great.

Creamy Swiss Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2009
Great recipe! I did make a few adjustments. I sprinkled the chicken with Montreal Chicken Seasoning and put in two cans of mushrooms. Sprinkled the sauce with a little pepper. Just finished it for Sunday dinner and everyone loved it. We'll be making this one again! This time I cubed the chicken and melted the cheese and some leftover Velveeta in the mik and then added the soup and mushrooms. Just AWESOME!

Roasted Pork Loin

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2014
Tried this recipe last night and it was delicious. Doubled the paste and placed onion rings under the roast while cooking. Added some white wine and apple juice to keep the drippings from burning. Took it out at 145 degrees. It was moist and no pink to be seen. Thanks for the recipe.

These were fun to make and really tasted like Cape Cod Russet chips. I did use russet poatoes cut lengthwise in half and ran them through the food processor.

Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2013
This was awesome. My wife wanted to make some Chicken Parm, but I as the cook in the family said no, I'll do it. I followed the directions pretty much except I added a little more of each cheese and made it with Marinara Sauce from this site. My wife was very happy and we all thought it was better than we've had at some Italian restaurants. Will definitely be making this again.
