Excellent marinade. I had a bunch of people over so I cut the fillets in half and added a bit more Cayenne Pepper. Absolutely delicious. Can't wait until we have this again.

Creamy Swiss Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2009
Great recipe! I did make a few adjustments. I sprinkled the chicken with Montreal Chicken Seasoning and put in two cans of mushrooms. Sprinkled the sauce with a little pepper. Just finished it for Sunday dinner and everyone loved it. We'll be making this one again! This time I cubed the chicken and melted the cheese and some leftover Velveeta in the mik and then added the soup and mushrooms. Just AWESOME!

Make-Ahead Turkey Gravy

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2009
Just finished making the gravy and it is fabulous. I have refrigerated it and will heat it up in the crock pot tomorrow. Can't wait to hear all the compliments. I did use some of the bones from deboning the turkey. I saved all the giblets, carrots and onions for turkey soup. This far better than rushing around just before sitting down to dinner.

Campbell's® Green Bean Casserole

I made a double batch and the only thing I would change would be to add only three cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup and decrease the milk. This was certainly good though.

Linguine Pasta with Shrimp and Tomatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2009
Simple to make. I used canned tomotoes and did cook longer to thicken. Stirring often is the key to getting the sauce thicker. I used frozen shrimp and let them sit out to dry and used Old Bay on them instead of cajun. Everyone loved it though. This definitely a recipe I will use time and time again. Excellent recipe.

It was great toasted with butter. I will be making this many times.
