Had a party with 22 people and this salad was a big hit. I had to get to it quickly before it was gone.

Great recipe! I used a large box of fresh mushrooms. Probably four times what the recipe called for. I also used two cans of Cream of Mushroom soup and a cup of milk. I had some sauce left over so I served it with spaghetti, Great.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Reviewed: May 30, 2011
Fabulous recipe. I skipped the coffee. Make sure you save some of the liquid to use to thin out the BBQ sauce and moisten the finished product. 8 lb Picnic Shoulder went real fast. Will be making this again.

Boston Baked Beans

Reviewed: May 30, 2011
First time making Baked Beans from scratch. Had them for a Memorial Day party. Everyone said they were awesome. My son said they tasted like Bush's. Added no salt, 3/4 lb of bacon, for the ketchup I used half ketchup and half BBQ sauce. Then 10 hrs in crock pot. Thanks for a great recipe.

Mostaccioli Mushroom Bake

Reviewed: May 5, 2011
Very Good! Didn't have enough sauce so I added a can of diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Of course I had to throw in some garlic and italian seasoning. Before going in the oven I topped it with parmesan. Everyone had seconds. Can't wait to try the leftovers for lunch tomorrow

OK but not great. May try again with fresh mushrooms and somehow beef up the beef taste.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2011
Never had Chicken and Dumplings so I made it the other night. Delicious!!!! I did make a couple of modifications as others had suggested. Spiced it up with chicken seasoning and cummin. Also used chicken broth instead of water and one package of biscuits was plenty. I cut the biscuits in quarters.

Homestyle Potato Chips

These were fun to make and really tasted like Cape Cod Russet chips. I did use russet poatoes cut lengthwise in half and ran them through the food processor.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2011
As others I did not use flour on the chicken . I did put a couple of tablespoons in to thicken up the sauce a little at the very end. I also doubled the garlic and used 2 packages of portabella mushrooms, 20 oz. This recipe is fantastic. Thank you for a keeper.

Great recipe and easy. I do a lot of cooking and this was the first time I made Baked Ziti. The family loved it. I used a 32 oz container of Ricotta and a little more than 32 oz of sauce. Topped it off with a half cup of Parmesan. The leftovers were great the next day. Thanks for the recipe.
