Neat Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2013
Great Soppy Joe and easy to make. Didn't use the brown sugar and did add minced garlic. Replaced ketchup with barbecue sauce. Everyone loved them. Can't wait to make them for the grand kids.

Egg Sandwich

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2013
Excellent!! I love egg sandwiches but usually fried eggs. This easy very easy and came out perfect. Used a cereal bowl and the egg was exactly the right size so I slid it out onto the bread, added the cheese, back in the microwave and enjoyed.

Maryland Crab Cakes III

First time making crab cakes. Everyone loved them. I used the club crackers and canned crab and should have added some bread crumbs to firm them up. You learn from trying.

Linguine Pasta with Shrimp and Tomatoes

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2012
Simple to make. I used canned tomotoes and did cook longer to thicken. Stirring often is the key to getting the sauce thicker. I used frozen shrimp and let them sit out to dry and used Old Bay on them instead of cajun. Everyone loved it though. This definitely a recipe I will use time and time again. Excellent recipe.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2012
Don't know why this ever got less than 5 stars. Absolutely great! Only thing I did was to use 1/2 cup each of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Also made sure the chicken picked up some of the garlic pieces before dredging in the bread crumb mixture. Best chicken breast I have ever had, restaurant or at home.

Made these, as directed, for a football tailgate and they were a huge hit. Everyone said they were right on. Even my chef freind came into the kitchen to see how they were made. I'll be making these over and over again.

Great recipe. I did use 16 oz jar of medium salsa and three cans of tomato sauce. To spice it up a bit I added a few dashes of hot sauce and hot pepper flakes. A freind of mine is a food and beverage director at a local restaurant and said I nailed this recipe. Thanks

Great recipe! I did add an extra can of tomatoes so it wouldn't be dry and added enough extra broth to cook rice in the pot before serving. I did not use the slow cooker. Everyone said how great it was. Thanks for the base recipe.

Great recipe! I used a large box of fresh mushrooms. Probably four times what the recipe called for. I also used two cans of Cream of Mushroom soup and a cup of milk. I had some sauce left over so I served it with spaghetti, Great.
