Skewered Grilled Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2014
THe potatoes were cooked to perfection using this method. Didn't have time to marinate them after boiling so I smothered them with the sauce mixture while on the grill. The sauce needs a little more flavor. I will try again and not sure what I'll do to spice it up. will continue using the cooking method though.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Reviewed: May 12, 2014
Didn't have fresh lemons so I used lemon juice. Mixed in zip lock bag and put two pounds of sirloin tips in it all day, turning and mixing all day about every hour or so. It was raining so I broiled them about 6minutes each side. My son and I ate these right up. This one is a keeper.

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: May 8, 2014
Great Baked ziti. I changed the layering and saved a small amount of sauce for over the top layer of cheese. Also added some chopped garlic. Everything needs garlic.

Roasted Pork Loin

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2014
Tried this recipe last night and it was delicious. Doubled the paste and placed onion rings under the roast while cooking. Added some white wine and apple juice to keep the drippings from burning. Took it out at 145 degrees. It was moist and no pink to be seen. Thanks for the recipe.

Irish Soda Bread I

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2014
I have been eating Irish Soda Bread for years but never attempted to make it. This recipe was So easy and delicious. I substituted currants for the raisins and I did add 2 tablespoons of Carraway seeds. My aunt who has made Soda bread many times thought this was awesome and asked for the recipe. It was great toasted with butter. I will be making this many times.

Better than store bought by far. I used about a tbsn and a half of lime juice. Easy and delicious. Thanks for the great recipe. By the wat use a soda bottle to separate the egg yolk. Just squeeze it and then suck out the yolk.

Antipasto Squares

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2013
Made a few changes after reading some reviews. I spread some Sun Dried Tomato Pesto on the bottom dough and baked it for six minutes. I also diced the peppers and dried everything between paper towels. Changed the order to Provolone, Ham, Salami, Pepperoni and Swiss. This was awesome. It all went during the first half of the Football game.

Pizza Casserole

Delicious but made a few changes. Don't like peppers on pizza so added fresh mushrooms and a full pound of hamburg. After mixing the noodles and sauce together I added some mozzarella in and put the rest on top. Everyone are more than they usually do. Great recipe.
