Salsafied Chicken and Rice

LOVED IT!!! I added taco seasoning to the chicken while cooking in the olive oil. Didn't have instant rice so used 1 cup regular rice and added 1 cup water. Simmered for about 40 minutes. Came out perfect and my hubby loved it!!

Guy Approved Meatloaf

This is the BEST meatloaf ever!! YUMMY! I made exactly as recipe states except for seasoned breadcrumbs instead of crackers and put BBQ sauce under bacon. One hour cooktime was perfect. This is my new #1 meatloaf recipe!
