Stuffed Pork Chops I

This was great. Of course, I added more poultry seasoning as I love the flavour of stuffing. The chops were in the over for about 65 minutes in total. This would be great with chicken breasts as well. Will try that next time.

Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken

We have enjoyed this several times now. We use a little less maple syrup and also add some low-salt chicken broth so that it doesn't dry up in the slow cooker. Super delicious and would be good with coleslaw on the bun like pulled pork! I prefer this to pulled pork any day!

Shrimp Scampi

This was excellent! I added a splash of lemon juice and also thickened the sauce with a bit of flour and water. Will definitely make this again and may add spinach or something.

Sausage Frittata

Changed a few things up and it was great. Added crushed garlic to sausage while it was cooking then added fresh mushrooms. I used shredded mozzarella cheese instead of parmesan and also used shredded potatoes instead of cubes. This is a keeper for sure..

This is my go to recipe for 'special guests' appertizer. I usually add some white wine with the lemon and user more garlic than the recipe asks for! Stupendous, delicious and I always get raves from our guests..they think I am such a good cook?!?
