Sausage Pasta

This was very good and so fast to make. I used hot turkey sausage and fresh spinach. I added a small can of tomato paste to thicken it up a bit. I will make this again - so delicious and easy - exactly what I look for!!

Fabulous Wet Burritos

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

This was so good. I don't change recipes I just have to use what I have sometimes instead of what it calls for. I used diced tomatoes instead of whole and I used garlic salt in place of garlic cloves. I cooked the chicken in the soup all day and then shredded it. This was extremely good with a lot of flavor and so easy. I will double it next time to have leftovers. Also I figured out that the whole batch is only 17 points on Weight Watchers so it is very healthy.

Cabbage Roll Casserole

My whole family loved this! The only thing I did different was put the onion in with the ground beef while I was browning it and use chicken broth instead of beef broth. This was like cabbage rolls without all the work! It's a keeper!!

Taco Casserole

My family and I love this recipe. I usually double it so I can give some to my parents. I make it on a regular basis and don't change a thing except maybe add bell pepper if I have some. It's easy and delicious!

Sweet Pepper Pasta Toss with Kale

I love this recipe. I made a few changes but the base of the recipe is excellent. I used spinach and mozzarella instead of kale and feta. I added onions in with the peppers and did not have any fresh garlic so at the end I added in a can of petite diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil. It was delicious, fast, and simple. I will make this often.

Pumpkin Bundt Cake

This cake is so good and incredibly easy. I always have extra cans of pumpkin and don't know what to do with it. This was a great way to use some up. Didn't change a thing on the recipe. Brought it to work and everyone loved it!
