General Tsao's Chicken II
Oh my word. It's fried chicken that's gluten free. AND good. My little GF 5 year old hasn't had fried chicken in so long, and I haven't had Chinese food in years because I couldn't be sure what was in it. A definite keeper!

Salsa Guacamole
Really easy & very good--my husband and I tried two different recipes tonight, and we agreed that we liked this one even more than the recipe with fresh tomatoes & fresh onions. It's a keeper!
