Dark Chocolate Cake I

I have made this several times before, always using coffee instead of hot water. When I made them as cupcakes some friends loved them so much they nick named them "crack cupcakes" :)

This was an awesome recipe. I made one little change and added 1/4 cup cocoa powder and left out that amount of flour. I also used applesauce and baked as muffins. So yummy as Chocolate Banana muffins!
