Ken's Perfect Hard Boiled Egg (And I Mean Perfect)

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2012
This works! I have always tried the traditional method, but this can't be beat! I would never go back to the old method. I have laying hens and use fresh eggs. They say "allow fresh eggs to sit for 14 days or they are impossible to hard boil and peel". I allow 7 days and boil for 16 minutes instead of 14, same with cooling....PERFECT!!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2011
The reason for 4 stars is I like a hotter sauce...not enough heat. And next time I won't add the sauce to all of the wings in one shot but rather serve wings and pour sauce over wings as you go...2 soggy if left to sit for a few minutes.

Slow Cooker Ham

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2011
this was okay....not outta this world. brown sugar takes away from a real ham flavor, 2 sweet 4 my liking. would i make it again? mmmm...probably not, but i would use the slow-cooker method.

I used a dry rub before adding bbq sauce. Tasted great. Meat fell off the bones, but I like tender meat on the bones.

Four Cheese Margherita Pizza

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
Delicious! Made exactly as stated. Expensive...unless you have most of the ingredients on hand. Can't wait until summer to use fresh tomatoes and basil! Baked for 12-13 minutes on a Boboli thin crust. Next time when I slice the tomatoes I will drain them on a paper towel for 5 minutes before adding marinade.

I used leftover turkey, 3 small potatoes, green beans instead of peas and boiled veggies in leftover turkey broth . Added cooked turkey to veggies right before draining. Turned out great! Thanks for sharing!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2010
I agree w/ Need A Little Help. I only used a 1/2 C of broth and it was still too soggy! After the called for time I put it in the oven for an hour hoping 2 dry it out some and had no luck. Thank god I didn't make this for a crowd. Maybe too much butter...maybe it only needs 1 egg, but not 4 cups of broth. I dont't understand how anyone can rate this a 5 Star and excellent! This would have been soup if I had added all 4 cups of broth, no joke. Everyone who made this to the T had to of ended up w/ soup. All I can say is there must b a mistake in the ingredients.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2010
I only gave 3 stars due to it being a little dry. Used organic, local chicken and followed recipe to a t. Was excited by all the reviews that this would WOW me, but didn't. Didn't really have the rotisserie flavor I was expecting nor the juiciness everybody raves about. So after all that, we carved the chicken for sandwiches. I would try this again if I had a rotisserie for the grill.

Yummy! This recipe ROCKS! Made with the sauce from "World's Best Lasagna" minus the meat, and homemade garlic bread. Try it! You will NOT regret it. Made it for 4 and everybody raved about it! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!
