Beef Stroganoff III

Delicious and easy. I used yellow onions instead of green and only had a good Chardonnay on hand. It was delicious!

Bubble Pizza

Very good recipe. I added Italian seasonings to the meat while it was browning, and doubled the cheese, and skipped the onion, mushrooms & black olives. It was delicious & had the whole house smelling wonderful! I think I will add a salad with it next time, and also do the onions & maybe green peppers.

Perfect Baked Jerk Chicken

Wow, you talk about a great flavor. I even screwed up and put the oil in the seasoning mix (ran home for a half hour lunch, was hurrying & not paying attention!) and had to marinate it like that but honestly I dont think it couldve turned out any better. It was awesome! Thanks!!!

Simply Traditional Lasagna

Awesome recipe. Best lasagna I've ever made. I added pepperoni to it. I also use more sauce than it calls for. Really great Italian taste. I keep the recipe handy just for the seasonings measurements for any Italian dish. Thanks!

Very good, very good flavor. I used only half the onion & green pepper but I couldve used it all. I'll do more egg noodles next time & maybe some italian sausage. Some parmesan cheese. Very good, easy recipe.

Caramelized Baked Chicken

Very good flavor, I cut up chicken breasts & made with brown rice & brocoli, and mixed it all together. Which was awesome, but next time I'll mix less of the sauce in with it. It was uber salty! I think I'll cut back on the soy sauce just a little next time. Really good though.

Meatloaf Muffins

I loved this recipe as well. Super easy and really good. A friend joked when I said 'meatloaf muffins' and mentioned meatloaf cupcakes (mashed potato icing & ketchup filling!) and after seeing how good the meat was I might attempt that! How awesome would that be!

Easy Baked Tilapia

It was very good but I think I was too light on seasoning, etc. Should've used 2 lemon slices on each piece, more old bay, and doctored the vegetables some more, they were bland. Maybe some spray butter on them would've helped halfway thru cooking. Overall, a good recipe (love the red peppers in the mix), just dont be afraid to add a little more seasonings if you think you'd like it.

Salsa

Very good starter recipe. I made it, ate it then gave the rest away so I could make more & customize it to my liking better. I recommend doing the same. For me, too much onion, not enough garlic. I didnt use the tomatillo (honestly cuz Im not sure what it is!) But it was wonderful because everything was done with fresh garden produce. Making it again tonight.

Italian Style Pork Chops

Its delicious, but the coating did fall off & wasnt as crispy as Id like it. But that can all be altered for the next time I make it. And I will cut the saltines & parm cheese down to half what it calls for, I threw away A LOT of that mixture. But it was delicious & I'll try it again.

Vegan Lasagna I

Im am not vegan, but 2 of my good friends are & I wanted to have them over for dinner. So I made it & it was good. They really liked it. My boyfriend & I ate it, and it was good, but it just made us yearn for meat & cheese lasagna!!! Id recommend it though.

Sausage and Rice Stuffed Peppers

Great recipe, first time Ive ever made them. Glad I read the reviews though, saved some time. Like adding the rice with the mix uncooked & not using so much. I used 1 & 1/2 cups uncooked rice. And I made 8 peppers, and had plenty. And only simmered the mix for 30 mins.
