Crustless Spinach Quiche

I LOVE this recipe. It's very easy to make and has few ingredients. I brought a slice of it for breakfast and it was awesome! I'll definitely be making this one again.

Danish Pastry Apple Bars

This was an awesome apple recipe. Not too sweet either, you could really taste the apples. Everyone loved it at Thanksgiving!!! Will definitely make again!

I've made this every year for the past 3 years and it's always a hit. I bought some cute toothpicks to dip them into the caramel sauce with; that way you don't have to get the marshmallow off the fork.

Lap Salad

I make this salad a couple of times a month because it is so well liked!! I like it best right when it's made instead of waiting overnight. The different flavors meld together for a very unique taste. I usually grill the chicken that I'm going to use to give it a little added taste. It's really great!

Baked Omelet Pie

I thought this recipe was excellent! It can be a bit time consuming chopping up everything, but well worth it. It was even better the second day! I forgot to add the chopped parsley and it was still very tasty. I will definitely make this one again!!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I have finally found the perfect sugar cookie recipe. I have made these several times and they always turn out great!! I've also discovered that if you add a TBL of corn syrup to the icing (powdered sugar, almond extract, and milk) that the icing will harden with a beautiful shine to it!
