Carrot Cake I

Delicious cake! We did cut the oil down to 3/4 cup but added nothing else. It was super moist and great to decorate!

These cookies were very easy for my 10 year old to make. The chocolate was a bit difficult to get on and I even added a bit of cream to it to smooth it out.

Chocolate Chess Pie I

It was ok. Def cover the edges of your pie crust as they will burn. I tasted little to no chocolate and had even put more cocoa than the recipe called for. It tastes like pecan pie without the pecans!

Chunky Cheesecake Brownies

DEFINITELY don't bake these too long. Take them out while they are still soft in the middle. My batter was delicious, I will say, but the brownies sucked because I left them in like 5 minutes too long.

Peanut Butter Frosting

DELISH! I used one cup pb, 2 cups confectioner's sugar, a dash of vanilla & about 1/4 cup 1% milk. Smear it on brownies and you're good to go!

Coconut Bread

Delicious. Make sure you keep it in the whole time. I took mine out 7 minutes early b/c it was browning on the edges, but it needed the full amount. I added chocolate chips and it's mmm mmm good!

I definitely took the advice of the other reviewers & added some more sugar and omitted the brandy, using vanilla instead. It was very good but had the consistency of mousse more than cheesecake.

Awesome! I omitted the cloves altogether as they added nothing to the bread, but my husband begs me to make it all the time as he states it tastes like apple pie. It IS yummy!

Mine was tasty. I only used 2 apples, and no whipped cream, so it was a hand held food, and really nice. The cream cheese added the perfect creaminess. I'd make it again.

Banana Peanut Butter Bread

I cut the flour down like others had suggested, added about 1 cup of chocolate chips, and did 1/2 cup margarine & 1/2 cup applesauce. It was delicious! Plus, 62 minutes of cook time for a loaf was enough.

Ground Beef Pie

It definitely needed more spice. Onion would have been nice...it was very bland. And the top was odd--possibly using the broiler for the last 5-7 minutes would have given it a crust instead of the mush it was.
