Keep the 2 qts. of water, but add the juice & pulp of 4 lemons, and about 3/4 cup sugar.

Southwestern Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2010
This worked out great. Following suggestions, I soaked the CORN tortillas in some chicken broth, made my own salsa and put a layer on the bottom, used some leftover (homemade) spaghetti sauce w/out the added tomato sauce, baked 35 min-removed-added more cheddar on top/black olives, then baked another 10. Also put fresh cilantro on top. This is a new favorite in my LARGE house!

Smoky Four Cheese Macaroni Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2010
Sauce came out dry, tasted just so-so for a lot of work & ingredients. I don't think I'd make it again for our group.

Classic Bangers and Mash

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2009
The "mash" part was a little salty for my tastes, although the entire 6 lbs. were eaten, so maybe it's just me. Used grilled polish sausage because that's all I had...again, no complaints. A good meal, that makes me want to take a nap.

Teriyaki Pork

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2008
Great quick dish with lots of customization options. I added sugar snap peas & a few cloves of garlic to the veggies, along with a can of water chestnuts. Oh, and peanuts too! Careful with the corn starch...don't add too much. Thanks.
