PHILADELPHIA New York Cheesecake III

I made this cheesecake a few days ago. I cut the recipe in 1/2 to make 1 cheesecake. It called for 5 packages of Cream cheese, however I used 2, instead of 2.5 (I didnt want to waste) and it turned out to be the most TASTY cheesecake ever! I baked it for 1 hour and yes, there was a crack down the middle, then I refrigerated it overnight and you couldnt even see the crack after the cheesecake fell into place. The taste was AMAZING! its so creamy and rich. Its the way cheesecake should be. If you want something light and fluffy, then try a tiramisu, not a cheesecake. FYI-I used a ready made crust which is why I cut the recipe in 1/2. its much smaller than the springboard pan.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

This is great! I put the chicken in uncooked just like others and i add 1 Taco seasoning packet instead of the individual seasoning suggested. Tastes Fantastic!

Campbell's® Green Bean Casserole

its just regular green bean casserole. nothing amazing about it. i used the cream of mushroom soup with the roasted garlic, and it made it tastier than ususal. I also made it in the crockpot and put it on low for 4 hours. the whole house smelled amazing from the garlic.

Elbows and Ground Beef

I give it 5 stars but I modified the recipe. I added 1 taco seasoning packet and used diced tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. It was even tastier the next day. My 2 year old loves it!!! What an easy recipe

Stuffed Green Peppers I

I pretty much followed the recipe, only difference is I added ground turkey and ground beef, since I had both. I also used leftover rice which was already cooked and added a bit more cheese than the recipe called for. It turned out soooo good! It filled 6 large green peppers perfectly! I didnt add salt as the worscheshire sauce was salty enough. I will make this over and over again, my husband loved it!
