Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

Really simple recipe that tastes awesome! I made mine with Panko bread crumbs though to skip a trip to the store. The cheese in the mix is excellent, I'll prob. make chicken parm out of it next time. Oh, I also added some black pepper and paprika to the dry ingredients for some extra flavor.

Peanut Butter Ice Cream Topping

Eh, the recipe was OK to start with, MUCH better with a couple alterations. I used 1/3 cup sugar. Still pretttty sweet though. If you're going to try this, I recommend using 1/3 (or even 1/4) cup sugar, and twice the recommended amount of PB. I def. will next time.

No Beans About It - Chili

Yum! Although I did tweak it a little ... Opted for a can of diced tomatoes (undrained), and a can of tomato paste instead of the tomatoes called for in the recipe. I also left out the vinegar, replacing that with 1/4 cup water. I added 1 tsp of salt too, which made it a tad salty ... I'd try 1/2 tsp if I were you. Followed everything else according to the recipe though and it turned out great! Perfect chili for the "anti-bean" crowd!

Pumpkin Spice Cookie

This recipe was really good! You've gotta put your back into mixing it all together though, so don't give up! I followed the directions but had to cook mine for 12-15 mins, I guess I made jumbo sized ones. Topped mine with store bought cream cheese icing, MmMm. Woke up the next morning to the dogs front paws on the counter, devouring my left overs!! I'm guessing she gives it 5 stars as well.

Chicken Noodle Stir-Fry

Mine came out REALLY salty, even after following the suggestion by some to use half the package of seasoning. Next time I'll definetly try low sodium soy and devise a way to use less of it ... Good, quick meal otherwise.
