My favorite things to cook
I love cooking desserts, and since I do NOT have a sweet tooth they actually last awhile in my house and I most often end up taking them to work for others to enjoy.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Growing up my dad always started Sunday morning with sausage gravy and biscuits, its by far my most favorite breakfast, and actually one of my most favorite smells!!!
My cooking triumphs
Somehow I have mastered soups and desserts. So I always volunteer for one of those items for potluck dinners!
My cooking tragedies
I can't BBQ for anything and I always let someone else cook the meat because in the past it has always come back with a "blackened" theme. One of my more recent incidents was when I tried to make pizza dough from scratch and I used too much dough in the pan so needless to say it was about a 3 inch thick crust, but I was the only one at home to eat it, so it definitely found the trash can!

Cranberry Nut Bread I
Nothing groundbreaking flavor-wise here. Definitely doesn't have enough sugar to offset the tart from the cranberries. I won't use this recipe again.

Ultimate Cranberry Pudding Cake
The fresh cranberries make this a hit. Pick up some vanilla powder and use it instead of extract and you'll bring in more of the cake flavor that others have said it missing. You could also probably half the hot butter sauce recipe and still have leftovers.

Chocolate Butterschnapps Cake
Amazing flavor!!!! You definitely need to double the recipe so you don't get that brownie-feel. I used a spring form pan and it stuck pretty bad, no matter what I did. This recipes negative are mainly structure related and have nothing to do with the actual taste...you won't be disappointed there!
