I have recently been married to my high school sweetheart! I love my life, and I LOVE cooking! I am attending my last semester of college (YAY!), and when I graduate my husband and I will be starting a family!
My favorite things to cook
I love baking! Especially cakes and cookies! I love to experiment with different ingredients to make recipes better. I also enjoy cooking unique meals for dinner. It makes me happy when I surprise my husband with a wacky meal!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mother makes the best nacho cheese dip! I love making it during Christmas! It brings back a lot of memories.

Easy Ham and Noodles
This dish was excellent! Like the other reviews, I added some of my own things. I used 1 can of Cream of Mushroom, and 1 can of Cream of Chicken soups. Instead of regular milk, I used 1/2 can of evaporated milk. I didn't mix the cheese in with everything else, but I did add it on top of the mixture and put it back into the oven to melt. This was a great way to use our leftover Christmas ham!

Chicken Pot Pie VI
This was amazing, and my hubby loved it! I used the pillsbury pie crust and sprinkled parmesan cheese on the top. I also only used 2 chicken breasts, but once they were cooked and diced we put them into the food processer to shred it a little. I used frozen carrots, green beans, and corn becuase that was all I had at the moment. I will never buy frozen pot pie again!

Hamburger Pie
My family LOVED this meal! I tweaked it a little for my own tastes. I didn't have an onion handy, so I added onion powder and garlic powder to the hamburger as it was cooking. I used boxed mashed potatoes (cheddar flavored). I also used 1 can of tomato soup, and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. The cream of mushroom soup really made it creamy and yummy! The cheddar flavored potatoes really added a lot of flavor as well. I will definately make this again!
