I rated this a 5 star for the taste alone. As someone else mentioned, it DOES make a lot of dirty dishes and take some time to prepare; but, if you as me, it was really worth it. Everyone in my family loved it, even my kids. My picky 9 yr old son even ate seconds of it. I didn't change the recipe at all, but I DID change the cook times. I set the oven to 425 and cooked for 40 minutes...then after adding the sauce I only cooked for 15 more minutes. I did this because the chops were pretty much cooked when we fried them up for 5 mins on each side (which 5 mins isn't entirely necessary either) I cooked broccoli and fried okra with this meal as well, which turned out to mix well with the chops. The chops came out very tender and we could almost cut with a fork. Served leftovers as sandwiches and those were good too.
