Yummy Cube Steaks
As far as cube steak goes, this turned out real well. I am not a major fan of cube steak but even I liked it. I made the recipe as shown but for more servings but layered it with a bed of white rice then a slice of provolone cheese then the meat/vegetable mixture. And finally topped with a sprinkle of grated fresh parmesan cheese. Everyone loved it!

Chicken In Basil Cream
Exceptional! Made it exactly as listed. Served with peas and fried squash. Everyone loved it!

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo
This is one of the BEST Alfredo recipes I have ever eaten! Everyone loves it whenever I cook it. This is my goto meal to flatter guests with or just make sure all the kids eat. I have cooked this many many times and get nothing but rave reviews every time!
