Spam on the Go

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2011
This was very good with slight modifications per other reviewers suggestions. I didn't use vegetable oil to fry the spam because the spam has plenty of fat in it to fry by itself as long as you're using a non-stick skillet. I also doubled the garlic, green onion, soy sauce & sesame oil but left out the water (by accident but it was great!). The best part about this is it can be on the table within 15-20 minutes!

Stuffed Peppers with Turkey and Vegetables

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2010
this would be delicious even as a vegetarian meal! My husband groaned when I told him what I was making but when he saw and tried them he raved about how good they were (not at all a normal reaction for him!). I made it just as written & they really were amazing! The key is to use plenty of the spices to season the turkey.

Bacon-Wrapped Scallops with Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2009
I really wanted to love this recipe but after following it to a tee neither my husband or myself thought it had enough flavor. Thanks for sharing but I guess it's back to the drawing board for me!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2009
Possibly the best potato soup recipe I've ever had and it's so easy too! Nothing needs to be changed but I love that it's easily customizable. I like to add frozen peas to the potato mix a few minutes before it's ready so they don't get mushy. Made it twice in one week already!! :o)

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2008
EXCELLENT recipe! Like other reviewers I smashed up the banana's because I didn't want banana chunks. I also used pecans instead of walnuts (personal preference) and just added a dash of cinnamon. My husband and I can't get enough and it's SO easy to make! Thanks for sharing!

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2008
These are delicious! I'll be making these again and again every year! That little bit of salt added to the sweetness of the sugar and pumpkin pie spice really adds something special! :o) Thanks so much for sharing!
