About this Cook
I have been a long time fan of store bought marinades but now that I am a new mother (to a precious little girl), I am hoping to expand my skills in the kitchen. Looking for easy, quick, and healthy dinner as I work full time Monday-Friday.
My favorite things to cook
Sour Cream Chicken, Better homes and Gardens' low-calorie brownies, tacos, cream cheese enchiladas
My cooking tragedies
Monkey bread, I tried to make it once and apparently didn't use the correct pan because they turned out all gooey and the sauce was still completely watery. I was so disappointed. Maybe I will try again...someday.

Sweet Pork for Burritos
I thought there needed to be a staple added in with the coke, like mushroom soup or something. The pork was good but tasted too sweet and soda-like.

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken
Soooo good! I used chicken breasts instead of thighs and it was so yummy! The chicken just fell apart (in a really good way) and the pineapple chunks and sauce was delicious on the rice! Will definitely make again!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
These cookies live up to their title! They were very chewy and reminded me of the ones you can get from little downtown bakeries!
