SCRUMPTIOUS, DELICIOUSNESS, TERRIFIC. So incredibly easy and this is a keeper for puff pastry dishes. I too grated the butter (as suggested by someone else on the site) very helpful BTW, and put it in the freezer for approx. 40 min.; then into the fridge for 30 minutes. Rolled it out and put peaches in the center for a strudel, covered it, brushed cream on top and turbinado sugar for an added crunch on top and honestly it tasted like it came from a Parisian Pastry shop. I was so proud of myself and will use it continuously throughout my baking recipes when requiring Puff Pastry.
