Italian Cream Cheese and Ricotta Cheesecake

Super Easy Doughnuts

I made these donuts this evening, and Boy, were they a huge success in the household!!! I substituted the vinegar and milk with "buttermilk" I used WHAT THE RECIPE ASKED FOR 3/8 milk and they were soooooooooooo incredibly easy and delicious. Folks around here were eating them by the 3's (big smiles here) I am copying this recipe over and over and over and keeping it in all my cookbooks. (Just a bit of advice, when it came to measuring the 3/8 cup of milk my mom told me to measure using the 1/4 cup measure three (3) times - and again, I can't stop raving about these delicious, mouth-watering donut recipe. Fluffy White Filling

OMG this is the best cake filling ever!!! Hello... I have to admit that I must have read the 1/2 cup sugar about four times before actually trusting it (because I thought it was calling for confectioner's sugar) but I went ahead with the white sugar we use daily and hoped for the best, BUT the key here to remember is To cream your butter for five (5) minutes, then when you add the sugar and shortening and evaporated milk FOR ANOTHER FIVE MINUTES, LADIES AND GENTS THIS HERE IS THE KEY TO THIS MOST PHENOMENAL cake filling. This is not explained in the short recipe but the key to your success in making this frosting that people will indeed rave about! Hope this helps.

Blender Hollandaise Sauce

I just made this recipe this morning; did not care for it at all. I knew instantly that my family would not like it, soooooo I doctored it up a bit; I added a dash of granulated garlic powder; onion powder; black pepper and finely grated some Parmesan cheese, Voila, IT WAS THEN VERY DELICIOUS... Hope this helps out...

Ultimate Cranberry Pudding Cake

Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

Walnut Cookies II

This recipe is in "HIGH DEMAND" at home. My mother who is not fond of "sweets" actually made me go out and buy butter so I could make them. The two changes I made were creaming the butter with the sugar first for about 5 minutes, then adding the egg and vanilla, lastly, the flour with baking soda and walnuts. I then put it in a 8 x 8 " square pan, baked them for 35 min at 350 and when done, while still soft, I cut them at a slant, (like diamond pattern) and believe me you, they are soft and chewy like a delicious Brownie or not-so-sweet walnut bars. Believe me, they are hard to put down!

Pizza Dough III

Donna's Pound Cake

Donna, I just can't STOP making this wonderful Pound Cake! I absolutely love it. (Today, I tried adding the pineapple to the batter) and I did not like it. I have learned my lesson and will stick to your recipe. My friends and neighbors are already asking for it for Thanksgiving. It is moist, moist, and just perfect and let me not forget easy to make. I will keep close to you for more wonderful things to bake. Thanks a million!!!!!!!
