Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2009
Super tasty! Hard to eat just one. I followed the recipe and ended up with 9 muffins. Guess I filled each one more than I should've? Ah well, I like my muffins big!

Cranberry Sauce II

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
This was so easy and good! For last year's Christmas dinner I made a complicated Martha Stewart cranberry sauce recipe. This was so much better. I, like others, put everything in the food processor after boiling which produced a smoother texture.

Mini Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2008
These just may be the yummiest muffins I have ever had! (even better than those purchased at a bakery or coffee shop!!) I followed the recipe exactly (but I didn't have nutmeg so had to skip that) and made half mini muffins half big ones. I love both butterscotch and pumpkin so I thought the combination of the two was fabulous. My husband, however, dislikes butterscotch, but even he liked these. Try them, you won't be sorry!

Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2008
I loved this recipe! Next time I'll double it to have extras to freeze. I stuck to the recipe other than not using fresh parsley (didn't have any and kids don't like anything green in their food!). I also used 1/4 cup sugar rather than 1/2 cup and I loved how the sauce tasted, although my hubby thought it was a bit too sweet. This is a keeper!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2008
These are very easy! Based on the suggestions of several reviewers, I waited until the last 5 minutes of baking to add the struesel topping. The problem with this for me was after 15 minuts of baking, the tops of the muffins had risen a lot and were quite steep. Thus, when I poured the topping on, most of it did not stay on the muffin, but ran down onto the baking tin. Next time I will add the struesel before I put the muffins in the oven. Yummy!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2008
These are great fall cookies! Easy to make and very yummy. I did not add food coloring as other reviewers suggested; the cookies have a nice orangish color without the coloring. I did do about 1/4 less cinnamon as I wanted the cookies to have a stronger pumpkin taste. Next time I think I will 1/2 the cinnamon and maybe even add a bit more pumpkin. Try these, you'll be glad you did!
