I made this exactly as the recipe stated, except used a whole bag (2 lbs?) of frozen chicken breasts which equalled about 8 breasts. I used the Serving Calculator on the site to alter the ingredient amounts. I love that feature! I defrosted the chicken first, then added the chicken and sauce in my crockpot and refrigerated it over night. I cooked it on high for 4 hours, then removed the chicken and all the sauce into a separate bowl. After shredding the chicken, I added it back to the crock pot with about half the sauce and cooked it on low for another 2 hours. The remaining sauce I served on the side for those who wanted more. It was very easy and very tasty!
