We really like the sweet flavor the pumpkin & pie spice add to this. For a little kick I added about 1/4 Cup Mrs. Renfro's Ghost pepper salsa - very hot stuff. I also added a little more chili powder than the recipe called for.

Instant Oatmeal Mix

I had to increase the brown sugar to make it actually taste like the store bought kind. But as other reviewers have stated, if you want less sugar than what is found in the store-bought varieties this is a great alternative.

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

I liked the taste of the combination of nuts and white chocolate chips. With that said, these cookies were just average for me. And although I took them out of the oven right at 10 minutes, the bottoms were burned, so I think there needs to be some tweaking of the time/temperature.

Something Special Apple Crisp

I use my own home-made apple pie filling, and incorporate the topping from this recipe. My husband enjoyed it so much that he asked me to make it for his company Christmas party.

Fettuccine Alfredo with Ham

My husband said this is his favorite pasta dish. Like another reviewer, he says this reminds him of a dish at an upscale Midwest restaurant he dines at. Not bad for such a simple recipe!

Oma's Cottage Cheesecake

This was surprisingly good as an alternative to a traditional cheesecake. I only added 1 T of lemon juice. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly.
