Blueberry Buttermilk Coffeecake

I replaced half a cup of milk with lemon and subbed the vanilla with lemon oil. I also added lemon zest to the cake itself and to the topping. It is my husband's current favorite cake. Thanks for the recipe! It is delicious!

Two Ingredient Pumpkin Cake

Emergency Situation! No eggs in the house and dd needed a snack for a field trip she failed to tell us about til too late to go to the store. SO I used a vanilla mix and bananas rather than the pumpkin and added some cinnamon. I wasn't overly hopeful but it turned out great! I poked holes and added some powdered sugar glaze while it was still hot. Really yummy and my daughter thinks I am all that! Awesome!

Sour Cream Ganache

I made this because I had made it before years ago to put on cheesecake. So lovely! It has a shine to it that is so pretty. I think you should add the sour cream in and taste as you go so that you do not get the sour taste you do not like. That is different for everyone so it is a good excuse to sample as you are adding. Yum! Anyway, I loved this on Black Magic Cake from this site. I also added some peppermint extract to make a mint chocolate cake. Super YUM! Here's to death by chocolate!

High Five Orange Rolls

Tooooo Good! I have found a recipe that I will never stop making! I live in the Turkish equivalent of Florida and orange recipes are always relished here! I CANNOT wait for my friends to get a load of this one! Trust me folks...this one is a keeper. Yields a bunch too! Extraordinary!

Easy Sugar Cookies

These are great easy little cookies but I agree totally with those who had to add an egg or reduce the flour. They stay very balled up as they are. The addition of the egg helps them to spread more like other sugar cookies. I sugared these with a rainbow of colors for our VBS and I know the kids will love them!

Chocolate Crinkles II

Nice cookie but read the reviews because they are spot on. Needs more pow by adding chocolate, def do not want to over bake. 8 or 9 minutes max for my oven, and crackled very well. I will make again but with changes. May try the mint suggestions.

Citrus Chicken Supper

Fudge Chunkies

As a cookie...maybe but as a brownie....Perfection!!! crusty yummy outside; fudgey, soft, chewy inside. I put dough in a small baking dish and baked it for about 25 minutes and they are sensational. Chocolate overload heaven! Definitely making the double batch next time. I can hardly keep my hands out of the pan so my girls can have some when they get home from school!

White Chocolate Cheesecake with White Chocolate Brandy Sauce

First Prize winning cheesecake. It is the creamiest cheesecake I have ever made and I have made many. My former recipe is being sold in restaurants. But this one tops it! Creamier and tastier with the white chocolate doubled as others have stated. I also baked a white chocolate hazelnut cookie crust for it. Amazing and beautiful. Cut the pieces small. It is quite rich!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Oh MAN, this was good. Whole fam loved it. I served it with a rice pilaf. I doubled as recommended by many and just poured the entire baking dish of chicken and sauce over the rice and served it right in the wok. Great! I forgot to take out the chicken from the freezer even. I just put the frozen chicken in the dish covered it with sauce and put it in the oven. It took longer of course but still tender and delicious. A meal worthy of a permanent place in the rotation for sure!

Croutons

Wow! I used my own creativity with these and they are knock outs! And like others have said they are spectacular out of the oven. Still slightly chewy and warm and flavorful. Yuuuuummmie! I threw them in a bowl with some hunks of mozzarella and fresh tomatoes and basil and had me a brushetta salad! Fabulous!

Finger Lickin' Onion Dip

DH LOOOOOVES caramelized onions so I had to try this. Soooo good! He doesn`t like basil so much so I left that out and it needed more than a pinch of brown sugar. I put in about a teaspoon. Very yummy with a veggie tray.
