Hoosier Chili

It looked like it would be a bit too soupy for my taste so I didn't add the tomato juice but added a tablespoon of tomato paste and used diced tomatoes instead of stewed. I did add a cup and a half of water to it. I also added a drop of liquid smoke and dry mustard to give it a bit of kick.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

My husband and I are not big fans of meatloaf but this one takes the cake. We made it last week and making again because it was that good.

Best. Zeppolis. Ever. Need I say more? I made them for a group of 20 and doubled the batch. The group were mostly Italians straight off the boat and the zeppolis went within minutes!! They raved and wanted to know what I did and needless to say they are very picky when it comes to Italian food. Thank you for a great recipe!!!
