These cookies were great; exactly what I was looking for. The batter smelled like butterscotch and was easy to work with--it hardly stuck to the spoon or bowl at all. I followed the recipe exactly except that I used half mini chips and half bits o' brickle, I cooked for 14 minutes, and I cooled them completely on the pan (because they were big and I did not want to bend or break them). It's the next day and they are still soft and chewy.
