Sweet Corn Cake

Excellent easy recipe to build from.Im gluten intolerant so I use my Gluten Free bake mix and I used a mix of 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup Splenda. I used 8 Cortland apples and doubled the topping. Instead of the half cup of water I used 2 tbs of Agave nectar and also tossed the apples in 2 tbs of lemon juice mixed with 1 oz of water. Delicious and lower carb!

Grilled Sweet Potatoes with Apples

Love this! I nuked my sweet potatoes for 4 mins then sliced them with the skin on 1/2 thick. I cored and quartered the apple, tossed it in lemon juice then tossed it with the Sweet P. and aprox 4 packets of Truvio sweetner and cinnamon mixed together. Last, I topped the dish with about 2 tbs of melted butter, placed it in a baking dish with foil cover and baked at 350 for 35 mins. Excellent dish!

Slow Cooker Ham

Super easy! I mixed the prepackaged brown sugar mix with water and put it on the bottom of the pot then added the ham.I cooked my ham for 2 hours on high then 1 hour on low. I basted a few times and rolled it over to keep it moist. It tasted fabulous and smelled wonderful while cooking!

Green Beans with Bacon Dressing

Excellent, easy recipe. Because of comments about the vinegar I used 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar,4 Truvio packets and one egg. I heated the sauce on low and whisked it while it thickened. My bacon was already cooked so I chopped it and added it into the onions and cooked on low.
