Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti
I followed the recipe almost exactly, except I used slivered almonds instead of pistachios and I added some fresh orange zest to the batter before baking.... AWESOME!!! The best biscotti I have EVER tasted, really wonderful! I will definitely be doing these again. I think they would look wonderful drizzled with white or dark chocolate, so I'll try that next time. These would make an excellent little goodie to tie up in little cellophane bags with some ribbon for the holidays!
