Sauteed Apples

I just made this recipe with golden delicious apples. The only change I made was adding 1 t. of vanilla like other readers suggested. This was delicious!! This would definately be very good on pancakes. Definately will make this again. Thanks for the simple, yummy recipe!!

Pancakes I

This recipe is phenominal!! As per other reviews I added some cinnamon and some vanilla. The whole house smelled like cookies! They were light and fluffy with a great taste and texture! I got about 39 Silver dollar pancakes!

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were really good! I substituted unsweetened applesauce for the butter so I could cut some fat and they turned out well. Amazingly enough I think I will cut the chocolate chips in half next time. I did not need to bake them for more than nine minutes!

Donut Muffins

I only give this recipe three stars because my father liked them so much. These muffins turned out very dense. I followed other reviews and cut the nutmeg down to a 1/2 t. and it was still overpowering. Sorry but I will probably not make these again.

Cappuccino Muffins

Followed the recipe with only one variation: i used 1/2 c. of liquid french vanilla creamer and 1/2 c. milk. Next time I will mix the chocolate chips in with the dry ingredients so they don't sink and i will cut the amount of chocolate chips in 1/2. Good starter recipe, with a few tweaks it will be perfect.

Banana Muffins II

I made this exactly as the recipe said, I just doubled it. Everybody said they were the best banana muffins they had ever had. They are awesome. Very moist with a wonderful flavor! Thaks for the recipe! ~~~ i have to review these again. i just made these again, only i substituted Bob's Red Mill gluten-free all purpose flour so my fiance could eat them. AWESOME!! still moist and tender muffins. can't even tell they are gluten-free! Thanks again!!

Vanilla Pudding

My fiance and dad liked it a lot just as it was. I mixed in some crumbled chocholate cupcake in mine and it tastes like an oreo cookie! As earlier reviews commented, it sets up quickly. However, it takes a while to chill completely. Staying in my recipe box.

Cinnamon Syrup

Not bad! I let my 11 year old make this while my ten year old made the pancakes. Very nice flavor. Not thick at all though. *Note: I just made this for the second time. I multiplied the ingredients by 4 and it made enough syrup to fill one and half standard syrup bottles.

Pasta with Asparagus

This was a really good base recipe. I followed a lot of the reviews and it made for an excellent pasta dish. I added the garlic and saved a little of the pasta water and it did in fact make a decent sauce. The one thing I did that was not in any of the reviews is I added a pint of grape tomatoes, sliced in half, when I added the pasta and it was delicious. I don't like asparagus and this was a very good way to make it. Will definately make this again with many different meats.

Yummy Pork Chops

I made this exactly as the recipe said. It was DELICIOUS! I would give it more stars if I could. Be warned though. It STINKS while it is cooking. It is worth it though. Next time we are going to try marinating this meat in the ingredients and then grilling it. Thanks so much for the recipe!

I wasn't that impressed. I found this recipe to be very bland. I would definately change to cheddar cheese next time and figure out some way to spice it up. I only gave it two stars because my fiance and dad liked it.

Banana Pancakes I

This was a hit in my house. Everybody loved the pancakes and said they tasted like banana bread. I would have given them five stars but if you eat them without syrup they have a definate after taste of baking soda. Ill make them again.

Gluten-Free Pie Crust with LIBBY'S® Famous Pumpkin Pie Filling

Hven't tasted this crust yet. I am however giving it three stars for ease of making. The crust is very difficult to handle. The wax paper is a good idea but you have to make sure to check that your dough is floured well frequently or it sticks to the paper and the crust is ruined. Next time I will try chilling the crust for a while before rolling it out.
