Cottage Cheese Perogies

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2010
A lot of work but well worth it. I used the whole egg instead of just the yoke, then I blended the cottage cheese and egg together so it was smoother. I boiled them till they floated then set aside to drain then I fried them till lightly brown on both sides. I also made patato ones. just boiled the patato mashed it up threw in a little milk, oregeno and basil and salt to taste. I liked the cheese the best though.

Oriental Cold Noodle Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2010
Very good. It had a great kick to it. I just used leftover spagatti noodles. I think it would be better with soba or some asian noodle. I added sesame seeds cause they're pretty and they add calcium. Skipped the peanuts and used a whole lot more cilantro.

Pasta Salad with Pesto

Reviewed: May 28, 2010
I made this for a group of people many of them are picky eaters and it went over very well. And I loved it. I used fresh cilantro instead of parsley and I skipped the mozzarella all together. I used a combination of black olives and kalamata olives which was a nice touch.

Simple Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: May 6, 2010
Quick, cheap to make, and delicious! I added at least twice as much cheese. Once it's done cooking I crumble French's french fried onions on top then add another layer of cheese then another layer of the french fried onions then I put it under the broiler for maybe 3 min. so it has a nice crunchy cheesy layer on top. Yum! Have a green salad on the side to balance out the meal.
