Ghirardelli® Peppermint Brownies

These are VERY rich...so if you are a chocolate lover this is definitely for you. The Ghirardelli makes a world of difference for sure.

Roasted Potato and Garlic Salad

My husband and I LOVED this!! We ate it warm but I think it might be good cold too. The dressing is AWESOME! Will definitely be making this a part of our regular meal.

OH MY GAWWWWD!! This was AWESOME! My husband is in the military and was stuck out in the field with the other instructors while the students are doing a week long course. He called me last minute tonight and asked to bring something tasty and hot for the instructors. This was perfect and yummy!! RECON MARINES and myself THANK YOU FOR THIS RECIPE!!! =D

Cider Pork Chop Dinner

Soooo yummy!!! The only changes I made was to put less nutmeg. I also minced 8 cloves of garlic. I sprinkled 6 of the minced cloves on top of the pork chops during the 1 hour simmer period. I took the remaining 2 and sauteed them in a bit of olive oil and added it to the gravy mixture (flour/cream). I believe this helps tone down the sweetness that the cider brings.

Bottom Round Roast with Onion Gravy

Very good roast! Just like some of the others who've reviewed this recipe- I added some red wine, worchestire sauce, and garlic to the gravy. Also put some baby carrots in the stock pot.
