Short & petite, but love to eat. Thanks to good genes, I can casually 'stuff my face' without having to count carbs. I try everything once and keep an open mind on new food ideas.
Was raised a vegetarian for 16/21 years of my life, so trying new meats was a challenge for me; being that most meats are usually an acquired taste in order to like them... i have difficulties eating anything with a face unless it's processed... haha
I love the FALL and everything about it... from the colors to the smells & tastes. I could Cider and Pumpkin/Ginger all year long. I <3 it!!!

I love to cook pumpkin bread, pastas, beans, vegetables, and potatoes. Anything potato i LOVE!

My cooking triumphs
I'm bomb with potato salad! I bake the potatoes instead of steam them and it always turns out better!
I'm good with hashbrown casseroles, greek wraps, and haystacks are a cinch! Pumpkin bread and pastas also come naturally to me.
My cooking tragedies
Every other day I experience a cooking tragedy. Takes time to get good and understand the dos and dont's over the stove or in the oven. Like too much baking soda or not enough sugar....
Somehow I'm simply horrible at making cakes. They never turn out very good. Unsure why.
