About this Cook
37 year old Pharmacy tech that loves to cook but hates to clean up. :) Never married but has a very hungry boyfriend who likes new things to tempt his palette.
My favorite things to cook
Italian food! I cook other styles, but it is by far my favourite type to experiment and have fun with. Since I live in the desert, Mexican-style food is also a close second.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Middle-class what's-ever-in-the-cupboard-type cooking.
My cooking triumphs
I recently made Spinach-Chicken enchiladas entirely from scratch and then prompty wanted to die from the time and mess I made. lol
My cooking tragedies
Who hasn't burned something they were really looking forward to?? I can cook, but I can't seem to bake. Everytime I try to make fresh bread, I ruin it somehow. *shrug* My mom, on the other hand can bake anything and make it taste good! Guess it skipped a generation. hah

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Mine didn't taste very good, so we'll put it down to baker-error. They felt like they were missing something (mostly taste).
