Pesto Chicken Florentine

This was an awesome and super easy recipe. I took the advice of one of the other reviewers and added some cayenne pepper to the chicken and served it on top of the pasta. Very yummy.

Baked Dijon Salmon

This was a great recipe. My husband doesn't like Salmon so I actually put half of the mixture over a chicken breast and cooked it the same way and it turned out great. He even tasted my fish and thought it was pretty good for Salmon. Maybe next time I will do all fish.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

This turkey was great, so juicy and tender. I followed the suggestions of one of the other reviewers and added onions and celery and made a rub for the turkey out of garlic, sage, thyme, etc. I also added a little chicken broth and drizzled 1Tsp of butter on top. Turned out perfect.

No-Noodle Zucchini Lasagna

This really was delicious. I was nervous about the zucchini instead of noodles, but even my husband agreed it was excellent. We had no problems with the sauce being to watery.

California Chicken

This meal was super easy and really tasted great. I did marinate the chicken in the cilantro lime marinade as suggested by other reviewers and it turned out really flavorful.

Texas Pork Ribs

We didn't grill ours and they ended up a little bit dry. I think cooking or grilling them with the sauce on would have added a lot. The rub is also really strong and we didn't need quite as much as we put on. Otherwise they were awesome (and made amazing left overs).
