Florentine Artichoke Dip
Solid recipe! The girls I had over for a gift wrapping party loved it and all asked for the recipe! I too tweaked it as reviewers suggested, by reducing to 1 brick of cream cheese and adding in sour cream. I think the next time I make it I will reduce the mayonnaise to compensate for the 1/3 cup of sour cream. I used a can of artichokes and thought it tasted a little bland, so I happened to have a jar of artichoke hearts in the pantry so I opened it and added a couple of tbs of marinade and some crushed red pepper flakes, a splash of red devil hot sauce and salt and pepper. I had to throw away the tiny bit I had left out of fear I would eat it for breakfast in the morning...I was thinking adding it to scrambled eggs would be delish but I decided I had enough and sadly dumped it. I totally regretted it in the morning though. Thanks for the recipe!

Sugar Coated Pecans
These are my new obsession! I made them Monday night for a gift wrapping party with some girlfriends and they loved them, as did my husband and kids. I used the leftovers in a salad with cranberry stilton cheese and a blueberry/pomegranate vinaigrette and it adds the perfect crunch! Thanks so much for this recipe1

Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies
These cookies were exactly what I wanted! Very good. My whole family loved them. It always drives me bonkers when people mess with the recipe without trying the original recipe first rather than tweaking it later, but I will say that I noticed there was no salt so I added 1/2 tsp, but obviously based on the reviews nobody has been missing it, so I don't know if it made any difference at all. I also baked them only 9-10 minutes instead of 12 (but used a very small Pampered Chef icecream scoop to measure my cookies) after letting them sit on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes they were out of this world! Thank you so much for sharing! We will definitely make these again.
