About this Cook
I'm a mother of 4. I enjoy learning new things.I have been a member of allrecipes since Oct 2008, and though I don't frequent the site, it is the only site I rely on for suggestions and magnificence. lol
My favorite things to cook
I love meat. But I really haven't found my "favorite" thing yet. I'm still learning. I'm good at making macaroni cheese pie, some also know this as bake macaroni.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies at Christmas time.
My cooking triumphs
I learned how to make macaroni cheese pie and sweet rice the past year. Trying pumpkin seeds.
My cooking tragedies
I try not to cook anything that is going to be tragic. Lol. I have the dangdest time with flipping my eggs without breaking the yoke.

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
After mixing 2 cups of pumpkin seeds and 3 teaspoons of melted butter together; I layed out half the mixture and added tons of salt. It is delicious. If you accidentally use too much salt, melt some chocolate chips and coat this wonderful treat with chocolate.

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
I did this recipe and added cinnamon. I mixed 2 cups of pumpkin seeds with 3 teaspoons of melted butter, then i used half of the mixture to make this recipe. I added salt and cinnamon by eye. It was better than I expected.
