French Silk Chocolate Pie II

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2011
This is a very good pie. I usually use 8 tablespoons of cocoa powder. And you can mix and match extracts. I made a peppermint french silk pie for christmas. It can tend to get grainy, depending on how you beat in the eggs. Though I haven't figured out what the best way to do that is yet.

Robbi's M&M's® Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2009
These are delicious! However, they dry out quickly so be careful. I used half butter and half butter flavored shortening.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2009
These are good for snickerdoodles. My boyfriend, who does not like sweets, loves them. I'd still take a chocolate chip cookie over a snickersoodle... But! These were really good.

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: May 31, 2009
These tasted mediocre. I had to use margarine instead of butter... But I don't know that that would've altered the taste. A lot of doing for not a lot of result. :\

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: May 28, 2009
Incredibly delicious. I made these the night before and baked them in the morning. Very good! The only alterations I made was to use butter instead of margarine in the dough and I added some extra cinnamon to the mixture. I had to end up cooking them for maybe twice as long, but I think that's because they weren't at room temperature when I put them in the oven... Either way, they were the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had at home. And I was really proud of myself (and my boyfriend!) for making them.

Corn Casserole I

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2008
So, so, so good! I first had this with my (now ex) boyfriend and his family and it was fabulous. And so I searched and found this recipe and decided to give it a try. I used a big Pyrex bowl that was more meant for mixing than baking, so it took a bit longer to cook. But oh my goodness, this was good. Also, if I remember correctly, it's better the day after. So, great! Its very easy to make too.

Oreo™ Cookie Bark

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2008
This was very easy to make and tasty too. It was pretty difficult to break up, so I had to use a knife. But that didn't really bother me. The only problem I had with this recipe is that the finished product was almost too rich if you ate more than one piece. However, the only reason I know that is because I ate a bunch of it at once because it was so good. But otherwise it was fantastic.
