Exotic Brinjal (Spicy Eggplant)
Used two eggplants, fried in two batches. Used a small can of green chiles, omitted fenugreek, used onion powder (didn't have kalonji), 2/3 can tomato paste and water, and dried cilantro. Also doubled the coconut milk. Sprinkled with cashews, served over brown rice with naan. My mom dislikes Indian food and she LOVED this!! I was impressed by this recipe myself! Try it, it's delicious!!

Kerri's Holiday Punch
Although I bought all the ingredients for this punch, the lemonade and orange juice concentrate were accidentally left in my boyfriend's freezer. I used cranberry splash lemon lime sierra mist and added 3/4 container rainbow sherbet as suggested by my sister. I didn't throw in the sliced orange/lemon or the cherries. It was very tasty! You couldn't really detect the alcohol, and everyone liked it a lot. Next time I will follow the recipe exactly, but it still came out delicious the way we altered it. Thanks!

Best Bread Machine Bread
I've tried dozens of bread machine recipes over the years. This recipe yields a very tasty loaf of bread with a soft, full inside texture, nice crusty outside, and slices easier and thinner than many other loaves. Yum!
