I, too, have been making this recipe for years and always get rave reviews. It makes a lot, so if you think you'll have left overs, take out what you think you'll need for the meal, then add the tortellini. Add tortellini to the rest before you serve it the next time.This avoids "mushy" tortellini leftovers:)
