Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2006
This was super easy and the children loved it. I had to be quick though, because it was firming up before I had it spread in the dish. I took other posts suggestions and made it 1 cup peanut butter and 2 cups brown sugar and 3 cups confectioners' sugar. I'm glad I did or it would have been too sweet. The only complaint I have is that after a day it starts to dry out some. Trying to think of what I can do to add a little more moisture.

Escarole and Beans

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2006
I loved this recipe, but my husband and children did not. So I had to give it a four because of this. I thought it was really good. Only thing I'm changing next time is when I get the escarole I'm going to chop it into smaller pieces and throw out the bottoms and any other white part. The white part had a bitter after taste. I'm going to keep feeding it to the family, make them learn to like it. :o)

Migas II

Reviewed: May 6, 2004
I always like salsa on mine, but as I said in the comments my husband prefers it with just salt. Sometimes they turn out better if I put the eggs in a seperate bowl first, whisk them with the salt and then pour them over the tortilla's that are starting to get crisp. When I make them for my parents up at the cabin they like me to add onions, peppers, and ham. It's a very flexible recipe. I hope all continue to enjoy it.

Easy Hummus

Reviewed: May 17, 2001
Now I did add 1/3 cup of tahini paste and 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar. I also put a little more cumin in, but I'm not sure how much. I was in a hurry, guests were arriving. So I added all the ingrediants plus my own and blended in the blender. Froze it for 10 minutes to chill and served. Everybody loved it, but now I'll have to try to follow the directions more closely or try to duplicate what I did again. Thanks for the guidance on what to do though. I love hummus at restaurants.

Creamy Yogurt Hummus

Reviewed: May 8, 2001
I did this recipe exactly and it came out more like a hummus shake. Very watery.
