Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Awesome awesome awesome. Added extra bread crumbs to mine because it was still a bit too sloppy to form into patties. They turned out excellent. Having them for dinner again tonight!

Cajun Style Blackened Snapper

Excellent recipe. I used my cast iron skillet and it came out perfectly! I recommend using a butter/oil blend to fry, as butter has a lower browning temperature, and aids in the blackening process.

Okonomiyaki

Not a very authentic okonomiyaki... the reason so many people find the batter bland is because you need to use okonomiyaki flour (a specially seasoned flour) for this... which can be found at most Asian grocers

Homesteader Cornbread

Perfectly crisp on the outside, fluffy and grainy on the inside. They turned out even better than I'd hoped. Definitely a keeper!
