No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

I would have given this 5 stars but I needed to adjust the recipe to make it harden. Like other reviewers said, reduce the amount of butter by 1/4 cup. By taking out this extra 1/4 cup the oatmeal mixture hardens. I've made the recipe both ways and 1 cup is too much. We love the taste and they are super easy to make. I also added about 2 more tablespoons of pb.

Baked Haddock

Great recipe! My husband and my 3 year old loved it. I baked mine on a wire cooling rack and sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray instead of the butter. I will be making this a regular.

Chinese New Year Chocolate Candy

This recipe is easy to make but very sweet. I crushed the noodles a little and made mine into drop candy instead of putting it in a pan. Great recipe just too sweet for us.

BAKER'S Easy Chocolate Truffles

So easy and delicious. I made 4 batches to use as holiday presents. Rolled mine in confectioners sugar, sprinkles, peanuts, and graham cracker crumbs. I will be adding this to my Christmas cookie list.

Cream Cheese Candies

This recipe is easy and delicious! I took another raters suggestion and used an 8oz brick of cream cheese with a 2 lb bag of confectioners sugar. I used enough sugar to keep the mixture from being sticky (almost the whole bag) After forming into balls I flattened with a small glass dipped in leftover sugar, froze them, and then dipped them in melted dark chocolate. They are great! I will use this recipe many times.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

These just came out of the oven a little while ago and my 2 year old daughter and I love them! I changed the recipe as others had by using 1/2 the amount of oil and using some applesauce. I baked mine in a mini loaf pan for 20 minutes at 350. It made 12 loaves. I will be using this recipe again.

Healthy Banana Cookies

Overall not a bad recipe. Keep in mind it is a Healthy Cookie. I took another reviewers suggestion and added 2T of crunchy PB to the mix. I also added a small amount of cinnamon/sugar to the top before baking. I will be using this recipe again.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

I was looking for a different way to serve pasta that was quick and simple. This is it! I'm allergic to shrimp so we did not add it with the pasta. I used penne because that is what I had on hand. I thought my daughter would not like the amount of parsley etc. so I strained the sauce before adding the pasta. I also added some grated cheese to the mixture. This recipe was a great change from our normal side dishes!

Mom's Meat Loaf

I discovered this recipe 3 weeks ago and have used it twice already! My husband loves it. I use butter crackers instead of the saltines. I put the onion in my food processor so it is very finely chopped. I also use a pound of beef to make enough for the whole family. This will be a regular meal in our house!

Awesome Steak Marinade

This marinade is a winner! It was easy to make and used ingredients I keep in the house. I used a little less steak sauce than suggested. My husband had no issues with the meat burning as others had mentioned but we cook on low heat for a longer amount of time to prevent this. We will be using this recipe again and again.

Herbed Green Beans

Baked Chicken Nuggets

This recipe was wonderful. My 18 month old ate every last piece we served her and wanted more when it was gone!(she usually won't eat chicken at all) I followed a few of the changes suggested by using milk instead of the butter and using the cooling rack. I did not flip the chicken 3/4 of the way through but I will in the future as the bottom was a little moist still.

Baked Parmesan Perch

My husband and I were looking for a new way to bake fish. This recipe was wonderful except my young daughter did not seem to care for it. For a family with young children maybe not the best choice. I used butter flavored cooking spray instead of the melted butter and added some salt to the seasoning mix. Overall a great recipe.
