Like other reviewers I dredge my chicken in flour, and cut into bite size morsels. Two other small changes I made were I fried the chicken up in fire oil instead of vegetable oil, and I topped with sesame seeds after serving over rice. It was too spicy for my boyfriend, so next time I think we'll halve the hot sauce, and maybe add some pineapple juice...I don't know why other people had trouble with the sauce reducing and getting sticky...mine was sticky before it ever touched the pan, and only got stickier! Awesome recipe
