Lemon Cooler Cream Cake

My son -who doesn't care for cake loved this one - I even tried it with Chocolate cake - cherry jello and chocolate pudding - YUM either way - THANKS!

Pumpkin Butter III

This turned out very good - but wish it was a little more pumpkin tasting -- I agree with the apple taste overpowering the pumpkin -- I doubled the entire recipe -but only added 3/4 C of Apple Juice and 3/4 C water -and extra pumpkin pie spice. Next time I will substitue all of the apple juice with water -- WARNING - watch out -- this stuff "erupts" like Mt. Vesuvius -even when on the lowest my stove's burner will go! - it is like it is sending hot pumpkin lava into the air one burp at a time -- I think I will try the crock pot method next time! - Can't wait to serve it on our Christmas Brunch buffet!

Amazing!! Everyone asks for the recipe -I've made this many times - and always use chopped up dried tropical fruit. Make the night before for best results! THANKS for a great slaw

Crumb-Coated Chicken Thighs

Hubby made these last night with boneless/skinless chicken thighs - he doubled the ingredients to coat 6 pcs of chicken. VERY GOOD, and juicy - even my picky teenager who is "sick" of chicken really liked them! THANKS!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Great! Quick & Easy - Couldn't find pack of Ranch Salad Dressing, so I substituted Ranch Dip Mix ( Hidden Valley) -ALSO - I used bonless skinless chicken theighs - these are less expensive and tastier and basically shred by themselves. YUM - whole family loved it!

GREAT DIP -- and a BIG hit everytime I make it -- I used canned chicken (first time) and thought it tasted fine -a quick and easy way to impress your guests!

Garlic Parmesan Olives

YUM!! I tripled the receipe - I used jumbo olives - and let it marinate overnight (that is the key!) Let it come to room temp before serving - my guest LOVED them - but you have to like garlic - these were great - Will surely make them again and again! THANKS!
